Shipping Policy
Vape SuperStore will try to ship all In-stock orders the next day. In some situations though it may take up to 3 days to process and ship your order.
All Packages are shipping via Canada Post for domestic orders. All shipping rates are calculated on the checkout page.
Proof of Age Required
We require Adult signature option on every single package, no exceptions.
Because we utilize this option for all shipments, signature will be obtained upon delivery of all shipments. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the package will be left at your nearest post office, where you will have to show Proof of Age to sign and receive the package.
IF WE HAVE A PACKAGE RETURNED BECAUSE AGE CANNOT BE VERIFIED, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A 50% RESTOCKING FEE AS WELL AS ALL SHIPPING CHARGES.
Free Shipping
We offer free expedited shipping on all orders with in Canada when you purchase $120 or more before taxes. We usually utilize Canada Post Expedited shipping option for these orders. Note we cannot ship any bongs, dab rigs or other glass items.
Please note, if you receive a tracking number during a weekend or major holiday, your order is prepared for shipment, but it is not handed off to a shipping carrier until the following business day. (Usually Monday)
We reserve the right to additional processing time if any questions or concerns regarding your order arise. We always do our best to get in touch with you via phone or email only when absolutely necessary. Please make sure you provide us with current contact information during checkout.
Delivery Timing
Vape SuperStore does not guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery for any product or order. Any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only. For orders with deadlines please order well in advance.
Shipping Terms
Vape SuperStore is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched.
Vape superStore cannot be held responsible / liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
